Terms of Reference for assessment on legal aid services provided by CSOs

Submission of the requested documents:

Interested candidates are requested to submit the following documents to Palestinian Bar Association (PBA) Al-Berah- Ma’baden St. B.O 2203, Tel: 2402240 Fax: 2402250 or by email to ihab@palestinebar.ps

1. A cover letter explaining why he/she is qualified for this assignment.
2. Technical offer including a tentative methodology on conducting research/study
3. Financial proposal.
4. Copy of the CV of the researcher/s.
5. Copy of a sample research.

The deadline for submitting the financial and the technical offers is on Thursday, the 8^th of Sep 2016 at 2:30 pm.  PWWSD and PBA are not bound to accept the lowest prices.
